Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Bokka, run from Deoghar, Jharkhand, India ("we", "us"). They cover the web app at app.gobokka.com, its Chrome extension, our MCP server, and the website at gobokka.com (together, "Bokka"). By creating an account or using Bokka, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use Bokka.

1. Who can use Bokka

You must be 18 or older and able to make a binding agreement. If you use Bokka for a company, you agree to these terms for it as well, and confirm you may.

2. What Bokka is

Bokka is an inbox and light CRM for your own LinkedIn messages. Its extension reads and sends your messages through your own LinkedIn session, from your own computer, only while you use the app. We improve Bokka over time, and may add, change or remove features.

3. Bokka and LinkedIn

Bokka is an independent product. It is not made, approved, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn, and LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn's User Agreement limits the use of third-party tools, and LinkedIn may restrict an account that uses one. Using Bokka is your choice. We keep it deliberately conservative (one request at a time, paced, nothing sent without you, nothing running in the background), but we can't promise how LinkedIn will treat your account, and we aren't responsible for what LinkedIn decides. Your relationship with LinkedIn stays governed by LinkedIn's own terms, which you must follow.

4. Your account

• Give accurate information, and keep it up to date.
• Connect only your own LinkedIn account, one per Chrome profile.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account; tell us at once at support@gobokka.com if you think someone else is using it.
• In a shared workspace, its owners and admins manage who belongs to it and its plan.

5. What you may not do

• Send spam, bulk or automated messages, or harass, deceive or threaten anyone.
• Use Bokka with someone else's LinkedIn account, or with a fake one.
• Scrape, collect, sell or share other people's data beyond your own conversations.
• Get around Bokka's limits, pacing or security, overload it, or use it to attack anything.
• Copy, reverse-engineer or resell Bokka, except as the law allows, or build a competing product from it.
• Use Bokka or its AI for anything unlawful or harmful.

6. Your content

Your messages, notes, labels and everything you create are yours. You give us permission to store and process them only as needed to run Bokka for you, as the Privacy Policy describes. The people you talk to are your contacts: you're responsible for handling their information lawfully, and we process it on your behalf.

7. AI features

AI is included, with daily limits and an overall allowance, in the trial, and on Pro and Team, subject to fair use. It suggests drafts, summaries, labels and reminders; it never sends, archives or changes anything on LinkedIn by itself. AI can be wrong: check what it writes before you rely on it or send it. We may limit AI use that goes far beyond what one person does, to stop abuse or a fault.

8. Integrations and AI assistants

If you connect a webhook, Notion, Google Sheets or an AI assistant, you choose what it may receive, and it is then governed by that service's own terms. We aren't responsible for what those services do with it.

9. The trial

Every account starts with a free 14-day trial, without a payment card, one per LinkedIn account. Its limits are shown in the app. When it ends, Bokka becomes read-only until you choose a plan; nothing is deleted.

10. Plans, payment and renewal

Paid plans are sold through Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, which handles your card, invoices and taxes; its terms also apply to your purchase. Prices are in US dollars, shown in the app before you pay. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel. If you subscribe at an offer price, you keep it for as long as your subscription continues without a break. We may change prices; a change applies from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before it does.

11. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from Settings; your plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for and doesn't renew. Because you can try Bokka free for 14 days first, payments are generally non-refundable. We will refund a duplicate or mistaken charge, and we honour any refund the law gives you. To ask for one, write to support@gobokka.com.

12. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this ends your subscription without a refund for the rest of the period. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where the law or security requires it, with notice where we can give it.

13. Our property

Bokka's software, design and name belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Bokka under these terms while your account is active. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.

14. Availability

We work to keep Bokka running, but it may sometimes be unavailable, for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, including changes LinkedIn makes to its service.

15. No warranty

Bokka is provided as it is and as available. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises about it beyond those in these terms, including that it will work with LinkedIn at all times or suit a particular purpose.

16. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost messages or contacts, or loss of access to LinkedIn, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited.

17. Your responsibility to us

If someone makes a claim against us because of how you used Bokka or because you broke these terms or the law, you'll cover our reasonable costs of it.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Deoghar, Jharkhand, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or Bokka. If you live elsewhere, you keep any protection your country's consumer law gives you that can't be waived. Before going to court, write to support@gobokka.com, and we'll try in good faith to settle it within 30 days.

19. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. Using Bokka after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel and delete your account.

20. General

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about Bokka. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn't giving it up. You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them with Bokka.
