Breakcold and Bokka both promise a CRM that understands LinkedIn, but they start from opposite ends. Breakcold starts from the deal record and brings every channel into it. Bokka starts from the LinkedIn inbox and puts the CRM on top of each conversation. Which fits depends on how many channels your deals really run across.

Bokka is an AI-first CRM for your LinkedIn inbox. Breakcold is a multichannel sales CRM for email, LinkedIn and other channels. Contact enrichment is looking up a person's email address and phone number from outside data.

Which handles more channels?

Breakcold wins on channels. Its help centre describes a multichannel inbox and activity sync across email (Gmail, Outlook) and LinkedIn, with Telegram on a higher tier and WhatsApp marked as coming soon (Breakcold's help centre, retrieved 24 October 2026). Bokka is LinkedIn only, including your Sales Navigator inbox on Pro.

Which is faster for LinkedIn replies?

Bokka wins on LinkedIn speed. Your LinkedIn messages are already in your browser, so each conversation opens the moment you press a key. J and K move, E archives, H sets a reminder, L labels and ⌘K or Ctrl+K reaches everything else. On Pro, AI drafts the reply in your voice. Breakcold's strength is breadth rather than a keyboard-first LinkedIn inbox.

Which builds a better contact record?

Breakcold wins on the record. It adds email and phone enrichment and a meeting recorder to each contact. Bokka keeps a contact panel per person with labels, notes, CRM fields and reply status, and lists your connections, followers and invitations, but doesn't look up emails or phone numbers.

How do they treat your messages?

Bokka keeps more on your side. Breakcold, as a CRM, stores your synced conversations. Bokka doesn't store message text on its servers at all:

  • Your messages are loaded into your browser and stay there, on your device. Bokka's servers keep how you organise them (labels, stages, fields, notes, reminders, snippets) and a list of your conversations without their messages.
  • Bokka never sees your LinkedIn password. A small browser extension works inside the LinkedIn session you already have, and Bokka's servers never connect to LinkedIn.
  • Requests go from your own browser at a measured pace, only while Bokka is open in a tab. There is no background syncing while you're away.
  • No automation: no sequences, auto-replies, scheduled or bulk campaigns, and nothing is sent unless you send it. AI, and any assistant you connect over MCP, drafts only.

Pricing compared

For one person, Bokka is usually cheaper. Bokka starts with a free 14-day trial, AI included and no credit card. After it, Starter is $25 and Pro is $35 per user a month ($19 and $30 for your first month). Team, at $50, is coming soon. Breakcold charges a base plan that includes the first seat, then about $10 a month for each extra seat. Its own pages give the base as $59 and, on newer pages, $99 a month for new accounts, with a discount for yearly billing (Breakcold's help centre, retrieved 24 October 2026). For a team of five, Breakcold's per-seat add-on can work out cheaper than five Bokka seats.
