Narrow and Bokka share a premise: LinkedIn is where your deals and hires happen, so the inbox should behave like a light CRM, without automation. Both connect through a small browser extension and keep your message history on your device. They differ on AI, on how much of the work happens from the keyboard, and on price.

Bokka is an AI-first CRM for your LinkedIn inbox. Narrow is a local-first LinkedIn inbox CRM with labels, reminders and kanban stages. Local-first means your message history is stored on your own device, not on the company's servers.

Which organises conversations better?

A close tie. Both let you label conversations by relationship (lead, candidate, investor, partner), move them through stages and set a reminder for when to reply next (Narrow's home page, retrieved 24 October 2026). Bokka's pipelines add CRM fields such as deal value and a board you can work from the keyboard, and its Waiting on you view groups conversations by how long they've waited.

Verdict: a tie for most people; Bokka if you want deal fields on the board.

Which has better AI?

Bokka wins on AI. On Pro, Bokka drafts replies in your voice, sorts conversations you choose into labels and reminders for you to approve, summarises threads and transcribes voice notes. It never sends anything itself.

Narrow's Super Pro plan includes a Screener with 18,000 credits a year that classifies incoming messages so important ones are easier to find. Narrow doesn't list reply drafting or summaries.

Which is faster from the keyboard?

Bokka wins. Every action has a key: J and K to move, E to archive, H for a reminder, L to label, ⌘K or Ctrl+K for a command palette, and ? for the full list. Narrow's home page mentions fast search and snippets inserted with an @ shortcut and Tab, but doesn't publish a shortcut list.

Which connects to more tools?

Bokka wins. Bokka sends the conversations you label to Notion, Google Sheets or a webhook, and lets Claude, ChatGPT and other assistants read, organise and draft through MCP. Narrow describes itself as sitting next to your CRM or applicant tracking system, which stays the system of record, and names no integrations.

How do they treat your data and account?

A tie. Narrow calls itself local-first, with no scraping, no sequences and no auto-sending (Narrow's home page, retrieved 24 October 2026). Bokka works like this:

  • Your messages are loaded into your browser and stay there, on your device. Bokka's servers keep how you organise them (labels, stages, fields, notes, reminders, snippets) and a list of your conversations without their messages.
  • Bokka never sees your LinkedIn password. A small browser extension works inside the LinkedIn session you already have, and Bokka's servers never connect to LinkedIn.
  • Requests go from your own browser at a measured pace, only while Bokka is open in a tab. There is no background syncing while you're away.
  • No automation: no sequences, auto-replies, scheduled or bulk campaigns, and nothing is sent unless you send it. AI, and any assistant you connect over MCP, drafts only.

Pricing compared

Narrow costs less. Narrow's Pro is $15 and Super Pro $22 a month; Super Pro adds the Screener's 18,000 yearly credits and priority support. Bokka starts with a free 14-day trial, AI included and no credit card. After it, Starter is $25 and Pro is $35 per user a month ($19 and $30 for your first month). Team, at $50, is coming soon. If you only need labels, stages and reminders, Narrow is the better value. If AI drafting and integrations save you an hour a week, Bokka's Pro pays for itself.

Who should choose which?

  • You reply to dozens of LinkedIn messages a week: Bokka, for AI drafts and keyboard speed.
  • Your LinkedIn conversations need to land in Notion, Sheets or your CRM: Bokka.
  • You want the lowest price for labels, stages and reminders: Narrow.
  • You need Sales Navigator on the entry plan: Narrow.
