Connect an AI assistant

Connect Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code or Gemini CLI to Bokka over MCP, to read, organise and draft from your LinkedIn inbox. It never sends a message.

Ask Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another assistant about your inbox: "show my unread messages", "draft a follow-up for every Lead I haven't heard from in 3 days", "find my connections at Acme". The assistant reads what Bokka has stored and can save drafts, labels, stages, fields, notes, reminders and snippets. It never sends a message and never does anything on LinkedIn: you review every draft and send it yourself.

What you need

Bokka Pro.
Bokka open in your browser, with the extension installed. Chats, people and drafts are kept in your browser, so the assistant reads them through your open tab. Labels, fields, notes, reminders, snippets and analytics work even when it's closed.
An assistant that supports remote MCP servers.

The server URL:

The first time, your assistant opens a Bokka page where you sign in and choose Allow.

Set it up

Claude Code

claude mcp add bokka --transport http https://relay.gobokka.com/mcp

Then run /mcp in Claude Code and sign in.

Claude on the web, desktop and mobile

In Settings → Connectors, choose Add custom connector, name it Bokka, paste the URL and sign in. Start a new chat; the Bokka tools are in the tools menu.

ChatGPT

Turn on Developer mode (Settings → Apps → Advanced settings; on Business, Enterprise or Edu a workspace admin turns it on). Then Settings → Apps → Create: name it Bokka, paste the URL and sign in. ChatGPT asks you before each change.

Cursor

Cursor Settings → MCP → Add new global MCP server:

Nothing an assistant does reaches LinkedIn: archiving here doesn't archive on LinkedIn, and invitations can't be accepted or ignored.

If something's wrong

"Bokka isn't open": open Bokka in your browser and keep one tab open, then ask again.
No tools, or sign-in fails: disconnect the assistant in Settings → MCP, then connect it again.
"Part of Pro": assistants need Pro.
A chat or message is missing: the assistant sees only what Bokka has stored. Open the chat in Bokka to load more.

Disconnect

Settings → MCP lists every assistant you connected and when it was last used. Disconnect stops it at once; connecting again asks you to Allow again.
